A Potential Second Development Phase May Include:
- Adding 6 floors to the existing hotel, incorporating 78 suites and 60 rooms, bringing the total to 200 rooms and suites accommodating around 800 guests.
- An additional outlet, expanding the total seating capacity to 1170 seats in both phases.
- Extra 65 yurts, totaling 100 yurts across both phases accommodating around 500 guests.
- More restaurants and facilities with various specialties.
