MEG is a Syrian partnership between the Nazha family (NIG) and the Masri family (EDG), combining decades of regional expertise across the energy, infrastructure, and logistics sectors. Built on a shared legacy dating back to 1955, MEG’s roots lie in pioneering oilfield services, including early drilling activities and the deployment of electric submersible pump systems in Syria through strategic international partnerships, as well as the operation and maintenance of drilling equipment with Al-Furat Petroleum Company (a Shell JV).
